I was looking through my memory cards and found some of my work from High School, and thought I'd share it. This first one was an assignment in my Graphic Design class to morph two famous people together, I chose John Kerry and Eva Longoria...enough said.
McGoogle--The was made for a Google competition. The parameters were to use the Google logo to promote an issue in the United States. I wasn't too serious about this competition, but I had a lot of fun [I guess you could even go as far to say that "I'm lovin it, Google"]. The title "McGoogle" might have been a little forward.
This menu was made for my foods class. The title had to be "The Greenery". Yum, Let's open a restaurant. It was made in Word, hence the boxes and titles are a little off from each other.
Maddie's Tree was created as a collage assignment. Well, I'm not really one for collages...at all, so i took a different approach. The assignment parameters were to have 15 photos, words somewhere, and something scanned in. Since this piece was all about Maddie, we scanned her hand in, and she did different things with her hands, you can see them in the roots of the tree. I then put words that completely described her on the branches of the trees. She had this framed at her graduation.
